Criminal Prosecution
When will we see UK politicians actually face criminal prosecution for their fraudulant expenses?
The height of arrogance of the “ruling” classes to make the laws for us to abide, and for them to abuse.
The same class sends us to war to save and protect their assets whilst we lose our loved ones in the process.
Wake up for heavans sake, surely the games over for them now.
NEVER! Whenever politicians are involved in any wrong doing we have an inquiry.
INQUIRY = WHITEWASH.
This has always been the case and the media are largely responsible for this as they triumphantly hype the announcement of any inquiry deceiving people into believing that justice may be done at last. At the end of the process, the politicians “LEARN FROM THEIR MISTAKES” and measures are taken so that it does not happen again. UNTIL THE NEXT TIME!
The ones that never learn it appears are the voters out there.

Is the local police investigation into my case of fraud?
I was a victim of fraud (sp) of about $ 35,000, I was told it was too small for the FBI and that I should either hire my own lawyer or to report to local authorities. My question is if I report local authorities going to investigate a single case if it involves someone halfway across the country? If yes, how long this process? Thank you for your assistance.
What you should do is notify the law enforcement agency. You have not given much in the way of details, but generally, jurisdiction lies on the scene. However, there are some exceptions, like someone you through fraud use your debit card number. In such a case, the court does not fall on the location of the card was used, but rather the location of the bank from which money was taken. As the survey points to a suspect who is now out of area, they get such cases, quite often, and usually work with an investigator at the other end. Or, if there is sufficient evidence that crime took place and a particular person committed the crime of the agent can go ahead and take appropriate information to the prosecutor and ask for a warrant of arrest. There is no way of knowing how long the investigation will take.

Christian Lawyer / Attorney (injuries) in Dallas Texas?
Anyone know of a good Christian lawyer / prosecutor in Dallas Texas? I know everyone will freak out and wonder why I am a Christian lawyer, you just have to say I have my reasons. This actually a joint application for wanting a lawyer of a certain religion. I need a lawyer in Dallas, Texas area, or any where in the north, as Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Addison, Richardson, Plano, Lewisville, etc. I prefer someone who works for the unexpected, and that really not charge me anything until the case is won (lots of lawyers like to say they have free consultations, but then charge you filing fees, etc..) Should I take legal advice on bankruptcy?
I have large debts (over 70,000) and I am no longer able to pay this. I believe in paying my debts and would like to make someday. I sent an e-mail to one of those lawyers who have shows on the radio for advice. They responded by saying that I should come for a consultation that would include looking at bankruptcy. Do you think they look after their own interests or mine? Would it be better to file bankruptcy than to be harassed by creditors?

Is a divorce, discrimination or injury lawyer should be bribed to make good money?
I think to become one. Is it correct to make good money, you must be corrupt? How people who defend the innocent side in murder cases, etc.?
I do not believe that you must be corrupt to be a good lawyer. You have to be smart and understand the law and the needs of your customers. As a lawyer, you do have to remember innocent until proven guilty and everyone is entitled to a lawyer ……… even those who commit crimes disgusting and despicable. Good luck!
