How to get all my medical records from my workman comp case?
Trying to obtain medical records for a case workman comp. Do I ask my lawyer to them or who is the right person?
If you are appealing a denial letter or closing, ask the prosecutor to injured workers, free for workman's comp case, to ask. You can talk to your agent model of workplace accidents. Put everything in writing, copies, and do not expect anything to be done without a letter to them. Appellate Division in cases of industrial accidents comp they are monitoring them, and give you an idea of ??your rights and if they are involved at some point. If you're on call, they are expected to submit all documents to counsel for review. I found some stuff like a safety report are not mentioned in the records or files, and some things I did, that counsel was not given, has helped me. Brace yourself. You know your losses.

Worker Comp
What is the usual settle for a workers comp case worker totally disabled with back injuries?
Workers Comp varies from state to state and it depends on what kind of work that you have, how you were injured and what salary you draw. In some cases, you'll get a weekly amount that once the limit set out a number of weeks until you reach the aggregate limit. In some cases, your state may authorize a lump sum for total disability. Anyway, unless you have a disability policy supplemental insurance, you'll find that it is only a small fraction of what your salary was working. If you have another disability policy that will help further, but more than likely you'll have to go on some form of public assistance to make ends meet because you'll find what you are going to get a working model will not be much. This highlights why it is really, really, really important for workers to seriously consider disability insurance (DI) insurance. Many employers offer a group plan that is only a few dollars a week, but will pay big time in the long run if something like that occurs. Unfortunately most workers are simply too cheap to pay for such coverage, then complain about how bad posture are when they are totally disabled, then they could easily have prevented the financial ruin with an insurance very cheap.
