Should I consult a lawyer in a slip and fall?
I recently slipped on water on the shop and is fell on my hip that was replaced recently (2 years). I came across a support chip fell on me causing extensive bruising on my arm. Ive been in pain for a few days now, my hip was x-rayed and try not to be broken. He is bruised and perhaps torn muscle. I do not see the ortho for a few more days. My husband has already lost days off work and Ive had to pay for x-rays and visits doctor. I have health insurance, but does not cover lost wages for my husband or co-pays expensive. I am a housewife and even if I do not get paid, I am not able to properly care for my children that I can barely walk. I'm not a litigious person but insurance company stores the caller and I do not want to get screwed either? need to know info 1. slipped on water, travel or didn't do it myself fall 2. teller who witnessed the incident 3. completed an incident report at the store what should I do?

Do I represent myself in child care or a lawyer?
This situation is not an abuse of neglect /. It an agreement that was already in place between me and the other parent. Over time, we both come from a disagreement on schedules custody. Do I represent myself or should I really have a lawyer present?
If you are not the custodial parent, without a doubt the presence of a lawyer. If I had known that before trying to represent me things would have turned a different lot. Good luck.

These two things are not go together. Cheap and good do not go together when it is a lawyer. If you wish, you must pay for it when it comes to that.

If you get a ticket or a minor or DUI, sometimes (actually most times), there will be resumption of private practice, to send information and letters of intent to help. How are they doing this? Also, how do you stop it?
They are people who read the police reports to see who might need a lawyer. There's really no way to stop except to avoid problems and therefore the police reports.

I tore a tendon distal biceps work was surgery. I've only been out of work for 2 weeks. I'm in a cast and sling. I'm still in a good amount of pain, My doctor says the law says I must return to work. I light on, but I do not see what I'm in a cast
Light could mean having to answer the telephone, filing, etc. Check with HR exactly what you can and can not do for light. There are rules and regs of your business must comply.
