The best way to become a tax advisor?
I am an undergraduate in accounting with an interest in going to school law to become a tax lawyer. Do I simply majoring in business administration, which is easier on the accounting, to boost my GPA to increase my chances of being accepted into law school? Or should I stay in the accounts, (which is harder) and lower my chances for a higher average, and then apply the law school?
Tough call. It will depend on whether the law school committees "Admissions are insightful or not – and can differ depending on where you apply. I will assume that in most cases they will not appreciate the difference in degree of difficulty and instead focus on the GPA as if they were equally difficult. Therefore, I suggest you switching firms. Unless you can find a way to make a strong GPA in accounting. You do not sign without noting that other things help you get into law school are: LAST scores super-high; lawyers who write letters of recommendation for you; experience in intercollegiate debate, many courses in the pre-law program (not necessarily a major, but try to cover things like intro to the right business or political science at the intro ..).

Wrongful Death Attorneys
are the legal fees in a suit of negotiable suspicious death in New York?
Almost every state has a cap that attorney's fees are. This ceiling is on a sliding scale (for example, first $ 250K is 30%, next $ 250k is 25%, etc.) Question is whether the client can negotiate down.
You can always negotiate, it's just a question of what the market will bear. You can not swing a dead cat in New York without seeing a lawyer, so you can always try another one (or ten). However (i) ask yourself what is the incentive the lawyer to go lower than his / her peers, and (ii) you really want to use a reduced rate or a discount lawyer? Would you go to a doctor discount? Would you eat sushi to negotiate? Condolences to you on your loss and good luck finding counsel.

Wrongful Termination Lawyers
Wrongful termination?
I was recently dropped from my employer and I have reason to believe that I have a case for unfair dismissal. I was wondering what causes wrongful termination case. If I contact a lawyer, and won the case, I'm looking for and get my job? Or just a lump sum of money? Any information would be great, I'm really in the dark about this. Thank you.
You must determine where (geography) you are (country, state), and the nature of work to even get a basic answer that you do no good. The laws in Europe are various United States and the United States varies from state to assume that you are in the United States, the laws of different states vary from state to another. Most states are states at will (further details in a moment). If you are a government employee, rules apply different (because your job becomes a property right, and you can be fired without due process of Act). If you are a member of a union, different rules apply (covered by union contracts and the NLRB). If you do are not of the above, and one employee, you will need to prove the following: That you were fired primarily because you were a member a protected category (gender, race, national origin, disability, age, etc.), or for a reason prohibited by law (as you stated a crime to a state or federal agency, for example [whistleblower). Assuming that you were fired improperly, you would be entitled to the loss of past income and the income difference between what you would have earned prior to the employer and current employer. You have a duty minimize damage (look for another job). You can not win a lawsuit because the company did not follow its own procedures (unless it is part a union or a personal services contract), or you treated differently than other employees, or because the employer was not a good Due to fire you. You can not win a lawsuit because the company thinks you did something that in fact you were innocent of. You must prove that you were a member of a protected class and that the main reason int he fire was your inclusion in this category. Well course, all this is based on your presence in the United States, in a state at will, are not a government employee, not an employee the union, and have no personal services contract. Good luck

Assault Lawyers
my b / f my Mace says "protection" could put me in court for assault-What is the law in future?
I tied and abused or even worse, and I am guilty of some red color! btw only lawyers need to answer. My b / f is a graduate with a diploma Kingdom in media studies so he is an expert in everything.
If you mean the spray that leaves a mark or spot UV, it is not illegal to wear (or used in appropriate circumstances). Pepper spray is deemed to be an offensive weapon and therefore illegal. Your b /. F should stick to media studies.
